Australian born Chef Justin Jennings is owner and Executive Chef of "Justin Jennings Private Chef" and Lisbon Restaurant "Downunder by Justin Jennings".

World Champion Chef - In  2022/23 Justin became the first-ever "The World Cook" Champion. After traveling around the world competing against 15 global Chefs, Justin won the international TV cooking competition that aired on Amazon Prime in December 2022.

From his early teens, Justin was attracted to commercial kitchens, earning the "Young Chef of the Year" title in Australia at 23.

Now with over 20 years in the culinary industry, he follows his lifelong commitment to sustainable farming, fishing, hunting, and foraging. Solidifying his focus on fresh, locally sourced produce.
