Commonly Made Mistakes and Points of Care:

1. Freshness is Key: Use high-quality, fresh salmon and ripe avocados and mangoes for the best flavour and texture.

2. Balancing Marinade: Adjust the ingredients in the marinade to achieve the desired balance of salty, sweet, and tangy flavours.

3. Cubing Technique: Cut the salmon, avocados, and mangoes into uniform cubes for consistent texture in each bite.

4. Marinating Time: Don't over-marinate the salmon to avoid overpowering the delicate flavours. Aim for around 30 minutes.

5. Customisation: Feel free to personalise your poke bowl with your favourite toppings and base options, such as sushi rice, quinoa, or mixed greens.

6. Assembly: Arrange the ingredients artfully, allowing the vibrant colours and textures to shine.

7. Enjoy Immediately: Assemble and enjoy the poke bowl immediately after adding the toppings to maintain the freshness and integrity of the ingredients.
